Your pet's health history, in one place.

Pet Health Journal is a longitudinal health record for your pets. Tell ChatGPT or Claude what happened — vomiting, a dose given, a new weight — and it is saved as a structured, timestamped record you can review, chart, and hand to your vet.

Free for core records. No diagnosis, no prescriptions — just your pet's facts, organized.

How it works

  1. Create a free account and add your pet — cat, dog, or any companion animal.
  2. Connect ChatGPT or Claude with one MCP server URL and an OAuth sign-in.
  3. Talk naturally: “Velcro vomited twice yesterday.” The wording is preserved verbatim.
  4. Review the timeline in the web dashboard — weights, meds, labs, photos, notes.
  5. Prepare for the vet with a clean, dated history instead of memory and guesswork.

What you can record

Symptoms & observations

Vomiting, diarrhea, appetite, energy, and free-text notes — with your original wording kept.

Medications

Prescriptions, doses given, and adherence — who gave what, and when.

Weights

Dated weight history with charts, in any consistent unit you use.

Blood tests

Import lab PDFs and images; values are extracted and kept beside the original report.

Vet visits

Visit notes and follow-ups, linked to the timeline around them.

Photos & documents

Keep the evidence attached to the record it belongs to.

Built for AI assistants, grounded in your records

ChatGPT and Claude are good at conversation. They are bad at remembering. Pet Health Journal is the memory: household-scoped, timestamped, exportable records that your assistant can read and write through a secure MCP interface — see how the product works.

Medical honesty: Pet Health Journal describes what you recorded. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatments, or monitor emergencies. When in doubt, call your vet.
